Incorporation of Studies with Cricketing Specialties is something missing from Pakistan Cricket, because we have not encountered case-studies on how to improve and upgrade Pakistan Cricket, because we have been obsessed with "اللہ توکل", that Allah is going to do wonders for us, I do not want myself to be deemed blasphemous but the fact is Allah helps only when you act, while you're not acting on the occasion, how could you be assuring that Allah is going to support us while we are not acting on the occasion, similarly instead of taking pain of creating a proper hierarchical structure, we have been acting because this is how our elders have done criminal negligence in grooming our minds, right now the generation which is ruling Pakistani Society is grooming their offsprings just like they want, so this is the actual blame and concern, because this is the same way our curriculum has been designed, because it has already been confirmed that Current Pakistani Educational Curriculum is actually downgrading the critical thinking strata of our offsprings, so we all are responsible for mindset creation embossing into their (offspring's nubile) minds
