Head-to-head record for the World Cup Group

Here is a statistics of teams' participated in ICC Cricket World Cups till date which is updated till today's game currently being played between Australia and India at Chennai's Chepauk Stadium, but the fact is we require to analyze how teams and especially our team is standing during ICC Cricket World Cup games,
As per above mentioned screenshot, Pakistan is evenly standing on World Cup games, but while comparing with Sri Lanka, Pakistan has its advantage, where 40% of the games lost by Pakistan is comparatively lower then Sri Lanka who stands at 49%

Pakistan v Sri Lanka head to head ODI Matches

Pakistan lead the head-to-head record in ODI bilateral series against Sri Lanka by 14 matches to 6 games. In total, Pakistan and Sri Lanka have competed in 20 bilateral ODI series against each other. Not a single series has ended in a draw. 14 out of the 20 series have been won by Pakistan, while Sri Lanka has won the remainder six series.

Head to Head ODI matches | 14:4

Pakistan v Sri Lanka head to head Cricket World Cups

Head to Head ICC Cricket World Cup matches | 8:0

Both teams faced each other a total of 8 times, when 7 games were won by Pakistan whereas one game was no result and none of the games were won by Sri Lanka, but sorry to say I am rating Sri Lanka more than Pakistan for upcoming game on 10th October, 2023 at Hyderabad, being a Pakistan I wish that my country wins but reality is I am seeing Sri Lanka toppling Pakistan.
