A win indeed but don't take SL as easy

A win is a win, but I personally don't feel any game in this Cricket World Cup is an easy game, keeping in mind, Sri Lanka coming to this tournament while playing the qualifiers and were the finalists of recently concluded Asia Cup, whereas Pakistan coming off a defeat amid the same opponent in Asia Cup, where in both editions of Asia Cup, this was the same team which defeated our team.

while Sri Lanka is making improving

Both while analyzing the economy of Sri Lanka and likewise Cricket Sri Lanka, both are on the verge of improvement, and unlike previous years when SL seemed to be under-mind when it came to be playing with Pakistan, current fraternity of SL players have been playing fearless cricket, otherwise Pakistan cricket is suffering with ambivalent media tactics, where already it has been mentioned that they (the PCB) is analyzing the performance of Babar Azam, my simple معصومانا query have been, why playing with consistency factor? Why we are moving towards 1990s era while we were creating a precedence of skippers were replaced just like we do with dispensable shopper bags.

Current Standing after Bangladesh v Afghanistan game

Right now while I am writing these lines, it is 6.09 pm Pakistan Time, supposedly it is going to be 6.29 pm across the border, and by this time, the Bangladesh v Afghanistan game finished with points on standing table for Bangladesh, but one thing is for sure, (after learning lesson from 2019 CWC), this Cricket World Cup is surely going to be influenced on Net Run Rate (NRR), and similarly Afghanistan lost the game, but on the amount of NRR, Afghanistan is still on a better condition than Netherlands and England, and like previous ICC Cricket World Cup, NRR in this Cricket World Cup is surely going to play a gargantuan role in deciding the fate for teams in Semi Final situations

Coming back to South Africa v Sri Lanka game being played at Delhi

while SA v SL game is still in process where SA scored a mammoth 428 score in 300 deliveries, which means 1.43 runs per ball ratio is required to be scored per 300 legal deliveries, which under current Proteas bowling attack is a difficult ask for Young Sri Lankan team, but still I might be biased in my assessment that may the best team wins, but my sentiments are with Sri Lanka.
