I might be wrong but...

I might be wrong in my assessment, but the melodrama played during scheduling of Asia Cup 2023 in Pakistan, where as per my perspective, Pakistan lost the plot, which was setup by former Chairman Mr. Ramiz Raja, that pressure was released, because being the host, it was Pakistan's right to stage all of the Asia Cup's games in Lahore, Karachi, Multan, etc.,

Look at broader picture.

When someone who doesn't know any thing or much about Pakistan or Cricket, when he would be viewing such news with hashtags Pakistan on it, what he or she would be thinking about our country?

Perspective management

Sri Lanka, which couldn't stage last year's Asia Cup at their home soil, remember they were the hosts, now they are eligible to host 9 games whereas Pakistan's home games are 4 which are to be staged in Lahore only, that's why I do not like current regime, because they have given importance to their own motives on country's interests.

I personally do not have any grudge with Sri Lanka, but the media management and propaganda machines which ran and how are media houses played their part is shameless, why blaming others' when we have our own fault lines to cater.
