Pakistan to host at home soil

This is a pleasing to eyes for a Pakistani Cricket Fan that Pakistan is starting a busy home series' between 2022 to 2025, although one might say we were having a good end to 2021 having NZ and later on England on Pakistani soil after eternity.

But

Better late than never, Pakistan is getting better packed home season comprising of Westerner Countries like the West Indies in 2021-22, Australia, England and NZ in 2022, Asia Cup in 2023 comprising of India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh at least, and Champions Trophy in 2025 comprising of at least 12 countries as this is the least amount of teams play in a champions trophy.

A Big But

I remember in 2008 when the said tournament was supposed to be held in Pakistan, was scrapped amid security situation within the region, as Lahore Incident on Sri Lankan team occurred in March of 2009, hence it (Champions Trophy 2008 in Pakistan) was scrapped due to regional situations, such situation might occur again as situation in Afghanistan is volatile and due to tensions between China and India involves Australia alongside the Malacca Strait, hence situation doesn't look that much promising, as two big economies of the Asian Region and The Australian Peninsula also having an eye on it, which definitely means Five-Eyes might also have an eye on there, and the alternative China deployed via Pakistan, might be a reason Pakistan might have to do an India in UAE or Oman, God forbid, I wish I am wrong but we can't deny this fact that conditions in the region ain't as promising either.

We require upgradation in limited period like Infrastructure which includes Stadiums etc for which I would like to point out, Karachi has a newer stadium being built on the Scale of Dubai International Cricket Stadium, for which when it is ready, Karachi should host its games there instead of NSK, and upgrade it there till the time arrange Karachi games here, and use both stadiums simultaneously for staging Karachi games, 

1. It is outside city area, hence city traffic won't be disturbed, 
2. It has been scheduled that unlike NSK, this vicinity won't be crowded and just like DSC, it is going to have a dedicated parking lot,
3. Manage that time to have heavy investment on stadiums, because return on investment can be expected on higher scale.
4. Deployment of Agha Zahid Sb is a good thing as we can expect good pitches, he is the same curator who created that master piece wicket 2006 Karachi test, India v Pakistan, 
5. Utilize money by staging home games on home soil to manage the said amount, 
6. Try to earn through home games and domestic games like currently WI women are visiting
   
   
   Pakistan, through visitors and through production quality, and through promoting marketing of PCB Shop etc. and by updating PCB Official Website as a portal, not as an offline website
7. Try to place a message at the start or end of the podcast for PCB's videos at YouTube channel and place a change-able banner on YouTube Channel with current PCB owned tournament or event, or make it as part of the banner just like PCB website.
8. Ask media partners to air part of PCB advertisement according to the tariff they are providing, just like asking PTV Sports, Willow TV, SuperSports to air PCB adverts, because this is gonna be the way we can market ourselves accordingly.
