Remaining games for Pakistan after the outcome of India v Pakistan encounter.

If I rephrase the same in few words, let it be; a long tournament got too short for Pakistan. This is just for the reference because Pakistan's remaining matches are against the above mentioned teams, but the fact is, now I would have to admit; Pakistan do not deserve to be playing the semi final, not because Pakistan lost against India but the fact is the position Pakistan currently at this stage i.e. 9th position in the 10 team tournament.

What really are the problem(s)?

1. Structural problem

This is the main problem because domestic cricket is the main thing from where we get proper talents, because of that we get talent and then its backup-talent, whereas Pakistan lacks just because not of the players or the coaching staff but the fact is the management, because of the only reason we require consistency in our structure, because of consistency; we would start reaping its results in at least 2 years at least but definitely it would require 'the Management' to have the guts to create players and their backups, for which we require a proper setup, and even when we hear cries of 'cartels' within the team, it could only be eradicated when there are going to be players with their backup players with the backups of those players, this is the only way Pakistan could benefit with the culture, and this is to mention that a culture requires at least 3 years to build up, therefore 'the Management' requires sincere & honest steps, for which I personally would blame 'the Management' instead of the players and/or the coaching staff.

1.1. The Domestic structure

The domestic circuit is something; which creates players, so you read it right, we have been plucking the players but not acting like a mentor to them, furthermore we require a proper tournament itinerary because of that, there should selection criteria on this instead of selection on PSL grounds only.

1.1.1. Whole year itinerary for the Cricket Team

The PCB should incorporate a proper competitive tournaments itinerary for the whole year on consistent so that competition should carry on, furthermore participation of our national players not on national duty should be called mandatory to perform in the said tournament, because this is the way our cricket would become a brand which is currently needed at most.

1.1.2. No nepotism in the selection of players

This is the main problem because of which, Pakistan team is suffering so much, because we don't think for the country. instead we think for ourselves, as a nation; when we would start thinking for the country instead of 'just talks'; only than our cricket team is definitely going to improve, but not by changing captain, coach, kits, sponsor etc, these are just cosmetic.

1.2. Political reinstatement

Political Installments in the cricket board is the main problem because of that nepotism culture is promoted instead of a culture which supports those who performs, but the fact is I want 'the Management' which would advocate creating backups off backups which under the political installment is not possible, because they are not accountable to anyone other than their masters.
