While observing Pakistan Cricket Home Cricket
I have been done with HBL PSL 2026, and thank god the fiasco ended, but I didn't write about it earlier but it was always in back of my mind, since the time when Pakistan-Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe tri-nation series all played in Rawalpindi, than we played against Aussies all in Lahore before T20 World Cup in India and Sri Lanka, and now Aussies are coming to Lahore (I am selecting my words with caution) because whole series is being played in Lahore, where are the visions of our authorities?
Lack of vision
Even for an idiot like me, I know how to use ChatGPT, Grok, Copilot, Claude etc., for making a balanced itinerary, instead of like right now, Zimbabwe women touring Karachi, Aussies men touring Lahore, they are not touring Pakistan instead particular cities only, where is the vision?
Excuses
This is not only cricket but as a society, we give stupid excuses (apologies for the language), but we don't take into account of how those excuses haunt,
Fuel
Another excuse of Fuel, although as I have been mentioning about respecting rule of the land, but treating rule of the land as an excuse is not even allowed in the religion, we need to question the sanity of their decisions.
Extreme weather
Right now, Karachi is going through starting of heatwave, for which again instead of taking heatwave as an excuse, but still identifying why is this happening? as this is natural phenomenon, happening since this planet was made, and this is explained by science that this process is necessary for creating a moment on the planet earth, which later turns to rain, but we as civilians are responsible for this, because we never questioned, when برگد and نیم trees started vanishing, and when I researched, real-estate business and carpenters who sell trunks of these trees, but as civilians, we never owned Karachi, and asked why trees were cut, especially those trees which were accordingly to our environment, so now this extreme weather is repercussions of our not asking questions, it makes us equally responsible for this heatwave, furthermore the result of which is Urban Island Effects in our cities, just because we even turned National Stadium parking into National Stadium Society, and we are not asking questions,
Without Vision
Shortcut therapy as we slang in Karachi, PCB and our society is without any vision, because whatever we have been experiencing is because of our own actions, because it was lack of vision when National Stadium Parking was turned into National Stadium Society, I know starting from 2009, when cricket vanished from Pakistan, but the same issue happened with South Africa in Apartheid, they created a culture, instead we have been following an instant gratification mindset, instead of following a proper system.
