Overall HBL PSL 2026 itinerary 

This is major problem for me as due regional situation, this tournament was confined to two venues i.e., Lahore and Karachi, whereas when regional situation occurred, there was no reason reduction of venues, although it was high time that new venues could have been Home-and-Away venues, even CHATGPT originated a perfectly synchronized Home-and-Away itinerary, few glitches I found in itinerary.

Karachi's itinerary

Karachi Kings' itinerary shows a discrepancy, where if you go through Kings itinerary, Pindiz, Sultans, Kingsmen and United were played single time during the whole span of Karachi's games, I don't know how Karachi's sum of ten games were compiled while single times played Pindiz, Sultans, Kingsmen and United, whereas Karachi Kings vs Lahore Qalandars both two games were played in Lahore with home team status offered to Lahore, 

These were the games, where Karachi Kings was supposedly Home side, my argument again is that when whole tournament is being played behind closed doors, I don't know what the problem in broadcasting was from multiple locations, it was possible when day game was broadcasted from Lahore, Night from Karachi, and vice-versa, so wasn't it was a good option while airing from multiple venues, this could have been better option

Two Karachi games where Karachi wasn't home team

As you are observing, no respect was given to H&A ventures, furthermore, was it really necessary to let everyone watching same match? if it were H&A matches, it would have created more interest when multiple teams are playing at different times, as if at one venue Karachi and Kingsmen playing in Karachi, at the same time, Multan and Pindiz playing at Multan, whereas in evening Lahore Qalandars locking horns with Peshawar Zalmi and at the same time, Quetta Gladiators playing against Islamabad United, such kind of itinerary might not be good for broadcasting, but keeping in mind, majority of matches were watched on Streaming Platforms like Tamasha Web, and MyCo, and this would had created an option for our streaming platforms to create interests in different regions first watching their regions, and afterwards for analyzing scores of other teams like I come from Karachi but I started watching Hyderabad Kingsmen games, so I readily subscribed to PSL's YouTube channel, so this was an opportunity and similarly this was the main reason why streaming websites take Blockbuster's place, still we are taking U-turn as if we are watching on TV, right now too 1:42 am in morning, and Peshawar Zalmi won the PSL 2026, and still now I am watching PSL pitch side show on my TV while writing this article on my laptop, this is how streaming websites work, unlike the manner it was broadcasted, Quantity was favored on Quality.

Broadcasting quality

I am not going to bash PSL's broadcasting quality, where while researching for this aspect, I found that majority of the times, it was broadcasted by Sunset+Vine production, afterwards it was taken by TransGroup, but this time, I noted so much glitches in international broadcast, which sent a mockery material across the globe, because I remember, when Asia Cup 2023 was played in Pakistan and in last moment it was decided that Sri Lanka was home to 9 games, at that time PCB Chief Mr. Najam Sethi blurted out that our production unit equals Star Sports, ironically right now I am observing IPL, their broadcast quality and when I come back home to PSL, found so much childish broadcasting from PSL, since one thing which I observed, that whenever in IPL, a bowler completed his quota of 4 overs, the statistics were shown with 4 overs bars with red balls to show his wickets, where in single view, I could imagine how this particular player performed, was our broadcast that much elaborative?

Bigger and better... without better explanation

"Flashy" graphics and sounds effects were definitely there, but the fact is now the audience have Smart TV's at their homes, and they have experienced international broadcasts and since got to know how their productions work, for such guys current PSL production was cute or like in Urdu Slang گلابی پروڈکشن 

HBL PSL Parwaz

From 26th March 2026 to 3 May 2026, I never saw HBL Parwaz which Spider Cam was allowed on-ground cricketers to directly talk with commentators and dugout, which was an innovation in HBL PSL, which was seen nowhere this season, and this is why I have been critical with this edition of the league where the whole league was played under closed doors, although I suspect but still I am respecting the law of the land, but since this tournament was played closed doors, such steps would had rejuvenated interests in the audience, because not every viewer likes flashy "whoosh" sounds, learn something from British Sky Cricket broadcast or SABC/SuperSport ZA, their presentation is always minimalistic yet comprehensive, whereas our presentation was like overloading a skinny individual with blazer, making mockery globally, because again I am not disrespecting law of the land but I am narrating POV of someone viewing PSL from abroad, that why IPL crowd is allowed but in PSL the same is not allowed? Even if it was necessary, you could had done such tweaks to create and generate fans engagement,
