Umar Akmal, when you do not nip-in-the-bud on given time

Although, Umar Akmal is surely responsible for whatever the trouble he's in, but the fact is, it requires two hands to create a clap.

Management requires to be proactive

This is the main bone of contention because whoever reading this from anywhere and from any part of the world, would surely agree with me that characters like Umar Akmal are in every part of the cricketing world, it is just the matter of how the cricket board of that country tackles with them.

List of some modern-day cricketers creating troubles for the Cricket Boards

Like I mentioned above, the cricket fraternity is filled with cricketers creating trouble for their respective cricket boards, but their case studies show that it is because of the prompt actions amid their cricket boards, that we rate them as current modern-day likable.

Ricky Ponting

Also known as Punter, furthermore he has been associated with Australia, Antigua Hawksbills, ICC World XI, Kolkata Knight Riders, Mumbai Indians, Somerset, Surrey, Tasmania. While his blade has sparkled, his stewardship is pock-marked by three Ashes defeats - two in England and one at home - and stumbles to South Africa and India.

As a batsman the only debate is where to rank him in the high reaches of the game's greatest run-makers. Acclaimed by Academy coach Rod Marsh as the best teenage batsman he had ever seen, Ponting began with Tasmania at 17 and Australia at 20 and was given out unluckily for 96 on his Test debut. There were some teething problems, including a public admission of an alcohol problem, but the longer he went on the more he matured, building up records and runs.

But the fact is, he was a reckless darling of Australian cricket, but the reality is their cricket board managed him accordingly;

Being alcoholic

In early 1999, Ricky Ponting suffered a major blow, as he was involved in a fight within a night club that left him unhanded, in return he was subsequently suspended for three matches for this controversial behavior. For the first time, his love of gambling makes headlines for all the wrong reasons.

A foul-mouthed captain

The bitter loss for Ponting was so humiliating that he could not control his anger. He famously lost his cool, known as a controversial incident in recent days when he was run out by substitute fielder Gary Pert in the fourth Test against England. England coach Duncan Fletcher was fined 75% of the match fee as soon as he left the pitch at Trent Bridge.

Virat Kohli

During his early days, he was flamboyant and used to fight with his fellow cricketers in the team, therefore it was a hard time for even BCCI to rehabilitate him, because had BCCI didn't take respective actions to safeguard a cricketer who is fearless, and always ready to take challenges on his shoulders, because being a Pakistani, I am not going to forget the innings of VK even when I'd be in my 60s when in an Asia Cup game, he chased a massive target placed by Pakistan and won India an unbelievable ODI game.

Therefore getting back to the topic

The fault lies with both Umar Akmal and the cricketing board which is Pakistan Cricket Board (The PCB), where not only Umar Akmal but the Cricket Board is equally responsible and again this is not a contradiction of my above arguments where I have shown my eagerness in giving punishments to the players who plays with the name of the country, but my additional step from this argument is that who is going to implement the intention for eradicating the trust of cricket game lovers, having additional players in support of the players already performing, because monopoly is not good for the game, and if we praise a player like a god, it is going to show light for those players that they are invincibles, whose responsibility was that to ensure monopoly doesn't sustain? Whose responsibility was to ensure to have a rehabilitation program for safeguarding the interest of the country and the country's cricket board?

No sympathies for Umar Akmal but he has been scapegoated!

Again I have to repeat, No sympathies for a drama queen like Umar Akmal who thought to be famous is to do controversial and objectional things on the social media, everyone likes seeking attention, but in seeking attention, one must not cross his limits set by the seniors, and it is the responsibility of the management to make sure everything goes in sync with the organization, in the present scenario is PCB, therefore Umar Akmal is the main culprit but the management is equally responsible for not taking timely actions to eradicate the repercussions.

Repetitive incidents in the recent past

Repetitive incidents in the recent past have definitely exposed the loopholes of the cricket board because this is the responsibility of the cricket board not to have a repetitive instance multiple times.

Not agreeing with Shoaib Akhtar

This again needs to be clarified, that I am not agreeing as while I am critical of the cricket board but at least I am not biased as Shoaib Akhtar just because he had displeased incidents with the PCB and he had grudges toward them, for which he exploited because he has been using Umar Akmal's shoulders to aim his own proposed plans. This is a national issue as Pakistan's name is being dirtied amid Umar Akmal punishment and therefore we need to use our words sensibly because one wrong word in this social media era can make a mockery of the whole nation within minutes. So if someone has a wide fan-club as Shoaib Akhtar needs to behave with empathy and should sideline his personal grudges at the side and be neutral on his comments because that shows the stature of a person.
