Pakistani finest laying eggs on Irish shores

The Pakistani cricket team performed poorly during their tour of England. They lost their first T20I against Ireland on their home turf, which exposed the team's issues. As Pakistanis, we should take responsibility for the team's decline.

Since the end of the 2023 ICC Cricket World Cup, there has been a lot of drama surrounding the team. The team management replaced Babar Azam with Shan Masood for red-ball cricket and Shaheen Afridi for white ball cricket. During the tour of Australia, Shaheen Afridi was not included as there were no T20Is. However, he was introduced again during the New Zealand tour. The skipper who won Lahore Qalandar's two successive PSL titles is now on the verge of a complete whitewash on foreign soil. Babar Azam was reintroduced.

The situation has exposed two significant issues in Pakistani cricket. Firstly, the team management needs to address the team's issues proactively rather than making hasty decisions. Secondly, society should support the team and its players during difficult times, rather than criticizing them and creating drama.

In conclusion, it is essential to evaluate the performance of the Pakistani cricket team during their tour of England. The team's management must focus on addressing the team's issues, while society should support the team and its players during challenging times.
  1. Beneficiary management
  2. Lack of system

Beneficiary management

I am going to use a direct approach here since, like Doc Brown from the Back to the Future trilogy, something is conspicuous, if we go through to the second trilogy of the same franchise, when Marty and Doc Brown for the second time return to 1955 to retrieve Almanac from Young Biff, while giving 1955 currency to Marty, this specific dialogue was communicated by Doc, and similarly, I am also acting like Doc Brown at that time after watching Pakistan's downfall trend since ICC Cricket world cup 2023, Pakistan's performance has been on the downward trend, for which I assume, who is getting the benefit of how dismal Pakistan's performance has been? Who is bringing benefits to this pathetic and dismal performance?

1.1: Product placement

As an outsider observer, I cannot help but ponder who stands to gain from the constant decline of Pakistani cricket. Seeing the country's once-glorious reputation in the international arena tarnished is disheartening. I am left to wonder what measures can be taken to safeguard our national image and restore our team's former glory.

Lack of system process

Pakistan cricket lacks a proper system since ever none except those at the helm of affairs knows what is about to come, but I am sorry to say, none of them is accounting for what we are giving back to the country, since the time of the recent pandemic, we have been seeing 4 international cricket venues only i.e., Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi because this never has been on the list of priority, but why complaining about cricketers and their caretakers, they evolve from the society, so whatever we have been evolved, so we are required to take account for our own actions because if we rectify our own actions instead of sniffing for other's greys', similarly respecting the system is another thing, which pertains something on our society as well since if we observe Karachi's traffic, it is also a reflection of what and how we as a society, and likewise a single sport nation respects the system, the process and rule of the law.

2.1: "Mid-Town's" finest

The cricket community has been struggling with the "megalomaniac" and "narcissistic" mindsets that have been negatively impacting team performance. However, we have identified a solution to overcome this challenge and take the team to new heights of success.

Incorporating foreign coaches into domestic teams is the way forward to improve the quality of strategy planning and implementation. The national cricket side may not require basic training, but innovative strategies are crucial to succeed at the international level. By bringing in these expert coaches, we can access their wealth of experience and expertise to help us achieve our goals.

It is time to take responsibility for our actions and recognize that our actions have consequences. Neglecting strategic planning in cricket is an example of how prioritizing personal interests over creating a just and equitable society can lead to failure. Therefore, we must focus on solutions that can help us overcome this challenge.

In conclusion, we must prioritize strategic planning in the cricket community to overcome the "megalomaniac" and "narcissistic" mindsets and improve team performance. With the incorporation of foreign coaches into domestic teams, we can access the expertise necessary to develop innovative strategies and take our cricket community to the next level of success. Let us embrace this opportunity with confidence and determination to create a brighter future for our team and community.

The recent loss we have experienced in cricket has brought to light the fact that we are lagging behind in this sporting arena. The current trend of fast-paced, modern cricket has challenged our current playing style, as the ability to chase 180 targets has become commonplace.

Looking ahead to the upcoming ICC World T20 event in West Indies and USA, we must ask ourselves the necessary questions. Do we possess the appropriate strategy to overcome the challenges posed by modern-day cricket? Do our skills and mindset equip us to compete with the best teams in the world at the highest level?

The answers to these questions will ultimately determine our success in the upcoming event. It is vital that we acknowledge the need for change in our approach, and work towards preparing ourselves to compete in the dynamic, fast-paced world of modern cricket.
