Everybody wants to be boss, this is quite natural, but the reality how you want to be bossed, majority of times what I have been observing that certain action is implemented with social validation aspect that لوگ کیا بولیں گے, just for the sake of it, you kill the natural instinct of an individual, it is like either you are with us, or vice-versa.

I usually not agree with him, because unlike me who is cool as cream, i.e., an introvert; whereas he is an extrovert, and hence it is highly possible that some of his comments are not agreeable to me, but this is something where I can't disagree with him, where the points he raised were logical, definitely undeniable because that Pakistani team consists chunks of Mike Hesson, Aqib Javed, and Islamabad United.
Analysis
As narrative building is definitely on high as Shadab Khan last played ODI in 2023 CWC in India, afterwards he is making Pakistan ODI return, and this is how killing of meritocracy in Pakistan Cricket, just because in 2021, they won a T20 World Cup game against India, they are above the country. This is why I personally want accountability on PR agencies because just like E-challan system where properly implemented, people have definitely civilized, and this is the reason why I have been vocal that such systems should be regularized.
Similarly, Pakistan cricket also requires similar accountability revamps, although it would require utmost dedication since as nation and as society, we have been so much corrupted, where our elders have been manipulating to follow a tribal mindset that either you're us or otherwise, opportunists take their sides whereas guys like me, who in their language goes with the books, think "bookish".
This is ironic of our society because elders like those who are on us, have been corrupting the mindset mentality, just in order to show their authority because they are irrelevant in today's time, but they want to show their importance, thinking like they are still geo-centeric whereas it is SOL-centric, which they still not want to acknowledge that their mindset currently is irrelevant, because they do not want to upgrade their skills and returning back themselves just like we selected same sort of cricketers against 2nd string Aussies team.
