I do not like bashing GEN-Z's, but this is a limit where I have to stop them, because they do not know which direction they are taking whole of the nation in the direction of "their" liking, without taking into account that what Pakistan is getting from "their" Social Media campaigns, 

Identifying the main reason

This is main reason, where issue is not GEN-Z, instead it is the mentality injected into their system either by Millennials, or the generation before, because this aspect is readily creating Zombies instead of individual brilliance, Zombies doesn't mean like we accustomed seeing Zombies in Hollywood movies, if you want to see a real-world Zombie, take example of GEN-Z in Pakistan, 

Who're running these PR campaigns?

These PR campaigns are being runnel by these GEN-Z's, sculptured by Millennial (I myself included as a Millennial), just because they have been kept under a lot of pressure, instead of understanding their (GEN-Z) requirements, because they require breathing space to evolve, when kept under this amount of pressure mindset, we are seeing its display on Social Media, instead we as Millennials have this responsibility to give them (GEN-Z) this breathing space to them, so that they understand what mess they are creating for Pakistan, because right now, they are in such mood where they have been turned as attention seekers, and guys like Babar Azam is treating them in order to pave way for his career revival, and when these GEN-Z's will be in their 40s, they'd recognized, just for the sake of earning money, what loss they gave to the country.

Just like maestro logo I have mentioned, GEN-Zs are demanding this terminator line leverage, which neither Red Circle (Baby Boomers) willing to share, nor Blue Circle (Millennials) willing to give them leverage, whatever the turmoil we are experiencing right now in Pakistani society, is definitely identification of the issue we are experiencing.

If they give this amount of support to failures like Babar Azam

When they would be in their 40s, GEN-Alpha at that time would be humiliating them for their actions done right now, so this temperament of hit-and-run mindset won't work, instead it is high time for recognizing and identifying why they are being pressurized, because we as from terminator zone, i.e., the Millennials, because what technology they have been using was originated when we were in teens so it is something we saw how YouTube, TikTok originated, but it is high time we place standardized teams for different formats, not like that players in test matches play ODI and T20I.

Future Tours Program of Pakistan cricket

This is another aspect where Pakistani Cricket future tours program (aka, FTP, not file transfer protocols), 

This FTP clearly shows priorities of helm of affairs for Pakistan Cricket, where in comparison to T20I's, where in the cycle of total 130 international games during the end of 2027 cycle, Pakistan is playing only 21% of 130 games in tests, 36% of 130 games in ODIs whereas maximum number of T20Is games i.e., 43% of 130 games, so these statistics ridden GEN-Zs should understand what they have been promoting, and when someone tries tell them, they start ridiculing and in my case, got my twitter/X account suspended, which has been recovered, but the fact is, weaponizing social media facility in order to "stamp" their authority, this is the mindset I am standing in retaliation, because I might not able to view impacts in my life, as I am already touching late 30's and early forties, but if we don't stand for it, Karma will return as a snowball effect when you guys would be in the age when I am writing these lines.

Priorities

It clearly shows where our priorities lie, and why cooking all this up, just in order not to analyze this or similar aspects, hence I am not against of Babar Azam, but authorities are using guys like him as lab rats, because they do not treat themselves accounted. Priority management, who is getting benefit, such FTP approved from Pakistan? This is actually the job of these PR agencies instead of highlighting statistics to show how good is Babar Azam, he is good, but utilize him where he is relevant, don't treat him as if single glove fits all methodology.
