Itinerary announced for
2026 edition of the HBL PSL This is heartening for me that
Peshawar and
Faisalabad were added as venues, although due to brittle situation between
Pakistan and Afghanistan, due to
security concerns, it is heartbreaking for the Peshawar fans, as I have observed crowd during ongoing
PCB's T20 cup, but there have been some issues, which are always beyond control, hence I being a
Karachiiete, always have been critical on staging Pakistan's cricket on limited venues, as in previous blog post, I had to grudgeful confess that India have so many
international cricket venues, that when
2023 Cricket World Cup was played, India had so many venues, that if India had utilized them staging international game each, still none of India venue will get repeated, Pakistan unlike India have 3-4 International venues, hence I have always been questioning meritocracy and transparency.
